768 px ; lien « sans adresse » hors du parcours clavier quand le compteur est
masqué ; bouton Chatbot flottant en fond plein ; option sélectionnée explicite
des <select> (rendu serveur) ; pastille « Sans adresse » ; cluster allumé au
survol ; pas d'init Leaflet sur un conteneur détaché.
